WOW Incentive:

• Eligible Agents: All travel agents
• Reward: 1% of net sales (Sales less refunds, excluding Taxes, Fees, and Charges) for Q4 2023
• Incentive Period: Q4 2023 (October, November, and December 2023) - From October 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023
• Sales Conditions: Agents must achieve a minimum of €10,000.00 in GP ticket sales each month of the incentive (Net sales, excluding Taxes, Fees, and Charges, converted to EUR as per IATA FDR).
• Cashback: will be settled by ACM in Q1 2024.

TOP WOW Incentive:

• Eligible Agents: All travel agents
• Reward: APG Accreditation (AAA) for 2024, providing access to 10 full refunds in 2024 (selected by the agent) and priority access to the Helpdesk.
• Incentive Period: Q4 2023 (October, November, and December 2023) - From October 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
• Sales Conditions: To qualify, agents must sell GP tickets with a minimum monthly total of €10,000.00 (Net sales, excluding Taxes, Fees, and Charges, converted to EUR as per IATA FDR). This incentive is applicable to the top 3 best-selling agents in each country.
• Accreditation: Accreditation is valid for the entire year 2024.

​General Conditions for WOW and TOP WOW Incentives:

• All tickets issued must strictly adhere to all IATA Resolutions, with special attention to IATA Resolution 852.
• If an ADM (Agency Debit Memo) is issued related to one or more tickets issued during the Incentive period, the Agent will be disqualified from the incentive program.
• Failure to make payments, non-receipt of ADM payments, or involvement in Post Billing Disputes will render the concerned Agent ineligible for the incentive program.
• APG Airlines reserves the right to grant Ticketing Authority according to its own policies.
• Commission is calculated based on the fare amount (excluding all taxes, fees, and charges). The 1% commission is calculated on the total sales amount, deducting refunds, in EUROS (sales are converted as per IATA FDR).
