Blue Air was Romania's first low-cost carrier, commencing operations in Dec-2004. The carrier's main hub is at Bucharest Otopeni International Airport, with smaller operational bases at seven European airports. The carrier operates a fleet of Boeing 737 family aircraft.

Cambodia Angkor Air is the national carrier of Cambodia and is based at Phnom Penh. The airline was established in 2009 as a joint venture between the Cambodian Government and Vietnam Airlines. The airline operates scheduled service to destinations throughout Asia.
Cobalt Air is a Cypriot airline based at Larnaca International Airport in Larnaca, Cyprus. The airline operated its first commercial flight on 7 July 2016 from Larnaca to Athens. It is the second Cypriot airline to be established since the dissolution of Cyprus Airways in 2015.
